Cox Automotive indicates that its subsidiary VinSolutions will be directly integrated into the CRM system used by common customers through the customer data platform driven by Fullpath technology. This integration will be rolled out to customers who use both VinSolutions CRM and Fullpath by the end of this year. The company claims that this upgrade will enable direct access to AI summaries, website activity data, and more customer insights within CRM, without the need to log in to a separate platform additionally.

Atlanta, October 8, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Cox Automotive's subsidiary, VinSolutions, announces that the CRM system, adopted by thousands of dealers across the United States, has completed a milestone upgrade: all customers using both Fullpath and VinSolutions will now have an embedded customer data platform (CDP) built-in, which also integrates AI insights. This platform is supported by Fullpath technology.

Cox Automotive Vice President of Digital Commerce Paulo da Silva states: "Others CDP mainly focus on data ingestion, structuring, and organization. However, through Fullpath CDP integrated into VinSolutions, we hand over the power of this data directly to sales representatives, enabling them to personalize each interaction and facilitate more transactions."

He also stated: "The uniqueness of Fullpath and VinSolutions lies in the fact that this embedded CDP can be seamlessly upgraded to incorporate the capabilities of Agentic AI, enabling these thoroughly processed data to truly become executable."

Dealers who use both VinSolutions and Fullpath are already aware of the value of unified customer data. The new change is that these intelligent capabilities now exist directly within the VinSolutions CRM customer records that sales representatives use every day, rather than requiring them to access them through separate interfaces. Marketing directors can identify consumers who are in the decision-making phase of purchasing a car; general managers or sales managers can see which transactions are closest to closing; and the sales team can obtain AI-driven insights directly from the records they are viewing at any time before each communication—without the need for additional logging in or separate tools.

The integration of VinSolutions and Fullpath CDP brings three main values to distributors:

  • One system that requires login is no longer needed: The existing CDP example can now be accessed directly through VinSolutions.
  • More customer background information: The AI driven by Fullpath will be displayed in the customer profile, providing users with additional insights at key interaction moments.
  • View website activities in VinSolutions: The website data of Fullpath can now be directly displayed in the timeline of VinSolutions.

Cox Automotive Senior Vice President of Consumer Solutions, Jessica Stafford, stated: "This release brings the industry's most powerful first-party data, as well as AI-powered customer intelligence, directly into the CRM that distributors use every day. Capabilities that previously required separate platforms and budgets are now built-in to the systems they are already familiar with. Only Cox Automotive can provide this enhanced value on a large scale."

Chattanooga, Tennessee Mtn View Automotive Group Market and Communications Director Don Erwin stated: "Integrating the CDP intelligence of Fullpath directly into VinSolutions is like seeing two powerful digital platforms come together seamlessly. Suddenly, customer profiles are no longer just mere CRM records; they have become a comprehensive picture that dynamically displays consumers' journeys, interests, activities, and intentions. This integration is not just about unveiling the curtain around customers; it's almost like tearing that curtain off completely, giving our team an unprecedented level of visibility within CRM."

Fullpath CEO and Co-Founder Aharon Horwitz stated: "The pace and depth of innovation defined by Fullpath will further accelerate once we become part of the Cox Automotive portfolio. No other company is capable of combining our AI with data on such a scale. This will bring value to distributors—and to the entire industry—that no one else can match. And this is just the first step. There will be more actions to come after Cox and Fullpath join forces."

This embedded CDP upgrade will be gradually rolled out to all customers who use both VinSolutions CRM and Fullpath by the end of this year. For more information, customers can contact their Fullpath customer success manager.

Citrini Why They Are More Optimistic About Stocks and Crypto Tokens Rather than Bitcoin or Ethereum for Tokenization Bets
Research institution Citrini Research believes that the tokenization of stocks, bonds, and loans will give rise to new trading and lending markets, and platforms and companies that charge fees may benefit more than Bitcoin or Ethereum. The report specifically mentions tokens from Securitize, Coinbase, Robinhood, Circle, as well as Aerodrome, Maple, Ondo, Pendle, Derive, among others. However, it also reminds that an increase in on-chain activity does not necessarily translate directly into rising token prices.
