Bitcoin Price Forecast for October 2026: Facing $4.35 Billion in Risk
2026-09-29 01:21:44
CoinMeta data: The price of Bitcoin in October 2026 was approximately 9% higher than the closing price on the day of the Federal Reserve's interest rate hike. Although historical data shows that September tends to be a poor month for Bitcoin, this trend has been broken in 2026. Over the past 15 years, Bitcoin has risen 10 times in October, with an average increase of 11.2%. However, the inflow of funds is slowing down; since September 17th, spot Bitcoin ETF purchases have continued for seven consecutive days, totaling $2.98 billion. Nevertheless, the net position change for holders has remained positive since August 31st, indicating that long-term holders are increasing their holdings. Currently, the price forecast for October faces a risk of $4.35 billion, especially in terms of leveraged positions, and there may be significant price fluctuations in the short term.
