Ethereum Price Forecast: ETH Approaching the Best September Performance in a Decade
2026-09-28 19:00:44
CoinMeta data: On September 28th, Ethereum prices traded near $2,675. The key to predicting the future now lies in whether buyers can break through the resistance range of $2,750-$2,800. ETH data shows that ETH remains above the previous September breakout level of $2,550. With improving demand for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on American exchanges, Bitfinex traders have established exceptionally large short positions, which increases the importance of this resistance level. ETH has been positive over the past seven days, despite recent pullbacks. The token rebounded from a low of $2,366 on September 15th and then reached around $2,800 during trading on September 21st. Current price behavior makes the $2,750-$2,800 range a direct resistance level, and buyers have made multiple attempts to turn this area into support. If prices can close above this range, it could help to test the $3,000 level again.
