Yealink held Workplace Forward Summit in Munich, bringing together 400 leaders, technical experts, customers, and distribution partners from the global collaboration ecosystem. Representatives from large technology companies including Microsoft and Qualcomm, industry organizations such as AVIXA, analysts from Frost & Sullivan, as well as leading system integrators attended the event to exchange ideas on future work.

Under the theme of "Building Trust through Innovation," Yealink showcased its one-stop solution: providing solutions based on AI in various work scenarios, while offering a simple and unified experience in terms of design, management, and service. Yealink believes that AI agents will reshape the workflow throughout the entire lifecycle of a room, from design and deployment to daily use and ongoing maintenance. By integrating AI into every step of this process, Yealink aims to simplify the construction, operation, and maintenance of work environments, even in cases where the spaces become more complex.

Different perspectives, a shared vision

The summit brought together experts from the entire ecosystem. During the opening discussion, Roopam Jain from Frost and Sullivan pointed out that the priorities in the workplace are changing: shifting from "occupancy rate" to "work efficiency," with the latter becoming the new metric for measuring performance. She mentioned that shipments of indoor video equipment increased by about 15% in the first half of this year, indicating that market momentum is recovering, and identified three pillars that will shape the future workplace: smart spaces, scalable and simplified experiences, and trust.

Promote innovation

In the session that brought together perspectives from platforms, hardware, and chips, Microsoft discussed new work systems. Yealink presented its One-Stop solutions and the concept of AI, while Qualcomm emphasized how embedded AI can enable cameras to move from "capturing" to "understanding." These viewpoints ultimately converged during the Innovation Forward roundtable discussion, where industry experts explored how AI empowered by integrated platforms and devices will shape the future of intelligent workplaces.

Build trust

The discussion revolved around security, the adoption of AI, and trust in industry collaboration. Professor Dennis to Kenji Kipker elaborated on the four key aspects of enterprise AI security, while AVIXA emphasized that transparency, human control, and measurable value are crucial for achieving credible AI adoption. The roundtable further reiterated that trust must be established through secure design, reliable performance, and responsible industry cooperation.

One-stop solution

Yealink enables one-stop solutions through One Coverage and One Experience: One Coverage covers a variety of work scenarios and provides AI-driven solutions; One Experience offers unified design, management, and services. The on-site demonstration showcased solutions for meeting rooms, professional audio and video, SIP telephones, headsets, and public space audio, as well as unified management functions and innovative AI capabilities.

On the occasion of the company's 25th anniversary, this summit marks another important milestone in the collaboration between Yealink and its ecosystem. Over the past five years, Yealink has achieved a compound annual growth rate of over 19%, which is four times the market average, further solidifying its role in shaping the industry.
