Faraday Future's official Weibo account announced this morning (on the 27th) that FFR has completed the merger transaction with the FFAI robot. All related businesses and assets have been incorporated into FFR, and according to the plan, the corresponding common shares and non-voting convertible preferred shares were issued and delivered to FFAI. This move marks the listing of FFR on NASDAQ.

According to the announcement, FFR has appointed Jia Yueting as CEO, and Jerry Wang as the Executive Chairman. FFR has currently completed the first phase of the " Built in USA " acceleration plan, gathering forces for FF Robot World 2.0. The company is accelerating the transformation of its early-mover advantages into competitive strengths. Relying on the "four-core full intelligence" ecosystem, EAI technological advantages, and the "one brain, multiple forms; multiple forms, multiple functions" technical approach, it aims to build a leading Physical AI and robot ecosystem platform in the United States.

In addition, FFR has for the first time released its full-year performance guidance for 2026: Based on the independent full-year calculation for 2026, it is expected that the sales and shipments of robot units will be around 2,000 units, while also maintaining a positive gross margin.

On the premise of obtaining necessary financing, based on a five-year outlook, FFR expects its revenue in 2027 to be approximately 45.2 million US dollars (Note from IT: The current exchange rate is about 302 million RMB). Of this, the core revenue from EAI will be around 32.5 million US dollars (about 217 million RMB at the current exchange rate), while the revenue from the other three ecosystems will be about 12.7 million US dollars (about 84.884 million RMB at the current exchange rate). EAI anticipates selling approximately 7,400 units of its main product.

In the next five years, the target cumulative revenue is approximately 1.98 billion US dollars (about 13.234 billion RMB at current exchange rates), of which the core revenue from the main product is about 1.08 billion US dollars (about 7.218 billion RMB at current exchange rates), and the revenue from the other three related ecosystems is about 900 million US dollars (about 6.015 billion RMB at current exchange rates). The cumulative sales volume of robots is expected to reach about 133,000 units. It should be noted that the above forecasts carry uncertainties and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance.

Previously, Jia Yueting confidently stated that FFR would become the first in the US stock market for "quad-core fully intelligent" humanoid and bionic EAI robot ecosystem, aiming to maintain a top three comprehensive ranking in the EAI robotics industry within five years, and to make the company one of the most valuable EAI companies in this era.
