Sydney, October 15, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- The globally leading observability software company Integrated Research ( IR ) ( ASX : IRI ) today launches Clarion, a lightweight observability solution that provides employees and IT teams with proactive, real-time visibility to help understand the factors affecting call and meeting preparation status. Clarion is a standalone SaaS product, built on IR's new AI driver platform Iris.
Clarion is designed for remote, hybrid working, and call center employees, aiming to address the long-standing gap between the actual experience of employees and the visibility provided by IT. When calls drop out, become intermittent, or simply do not function as expected, it answers the first question that everyone asks: "Is it a problem on my end, or is it a problem with the platform?"
IR, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, stated: "Workplace communication relies on a combination of technologies that include various devices, home and corporate networks, as well as communication platforms. When any one of these elements is insufficient, the entire communication experience is compromised, often severely so. Fixing such issues can be complex and time-consuming, placing a heavy burden on the IT team."
Lowe says that Clarion addresses this issue by providing real-time visibility into the shortcomings in communication for employees and the IT team. It also offers a health check before calls for employees.
Lightweight widgets on employees' desktops inform them in plain language about what is affecting calls and meetings. A fleet-level dashboard aggregates telemetry data from the entire employee group, enabling the IT team to determine whether a problem is an isolated incident or part of a broader issue. Unlike many monitoring tools that track networks, devices, or platforms separately and often only display anomalies after they have been reported, Clarion integrates all these signals into a real-time view, allowing issues to be identified usually even before calls are affected.
For employees, this may mean noticing weak Wi-Fi or that the headphone connection is affecting the call, and they have to handle it on their own without contacting IT. When support is needed, Clarion captures the technical context surrounding the issue, providing IT with a better starting point than a simple ticket stating "something isn't working anymore."
For the IT team, the same level of visibility allows them to see warnings and serious issues on endpoints, identify patterns, and enables them to trace problems from a single device or connection to issues that affect a larger group of employees.
The design of Clarion aims to provide employees with this level of visibility while respecting their privacy. It monitors the technologies that support work, not the employees themselves. It does not record screens, key inputs, track activities or idle time, nor does it listen to what is said during calls.
Lowe represents: "Everything we build is aimed at enabling organizations to see the technology that supports their most critical operations. Clarion has taken this concept in a new direction. As an independent, cloud-native SaaS product, it provides us with a simpler way to reach more organizations and more users."
Clarion has expanded the enterprise observability product portfolio of IR, which includes Prognosis, Prognosis Elevate (Observability as a Service), as well as AI Chat driven by Iris.
Clarion will be available from October 15, 2026, and a 30-day free trial is offered. For more information or to request a demonstration, please visit the website.
