The XRPN stock of Evernorth Holdings experienced severe fluctuations on its first day of trading on NASDAQ on Monday, October 12th. It once rose by 13.5% from its closing price last Friday, but almost all of that gain was lost within a few hours.
The reason why the trend in this session has attracted attention is that XRPN previously traded under the identity of Armada SPAC. Therefore, the closing price of $17.09 last Friday is actually compared to its predecessor's securities, and not to the stock price of Evernorth, the operating company, on any previous trading day.
XRPN Stock price rises 13% on NASDAQ before pulling back
This price reversal highlights the volatility surrounding this transaction. The transaction was initially scheduled for October 8th, but due to administrative delays, the listing time was postponed to Monday.

Evernorth to introduce 473 million XRP into the public market
The company completed the business merger on October 9th and disclosed that it held approximately 473 million XRP, as well as achieving a total cash income of 300 million US dollars before deducting transaction fees.
Different from traditional XRP spot ETF, Evernorth plans to actively utilize its cryptocurrency holdings through institutional lending, liquidity provision, and other strategies in order to increase the quantity of XRP per share.
XRP What will reserve investors pay attention to next?
On the first trading day of Evernorth, it followed a previous delay in its NASDAQ listing. This delay caused the completion of the merger and the start of trading to be postponed until the second week of October.
The company also appointed former Coinbase Asset Management executive Hugo Jeandesboz as the Chief Investment Officer, further strengthening the management team as he prepares to oversee a large-scale XRP investment portfolio.
Evernorth is scheduled to ring the NASDAQ closing bell on October 14th. At the same time, investors will be watching whether XRPN can stabilize after the opening fluctuations, as well as what level its market value is in comparison to the value of its holdings of XRP and other net assets.
