IT News on October 11: Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman revealed in today's latest issue of Power On that Apple's first smart home hub is named “HomeView” and is expected to be officially launched during the “Welcome Home” event on October 13, with shipments beginning in November.

According to the introduction, the exterior design of this product is similar to the “desk lamp computer” iMac G4. It features a suspended screen with a speaker base at the bottom. The device will be equipped with a A18 chip, and the official will also launch a wall-mounted version.
According to the original report from IT, this new product will be available in four color options: deep space gray, silver, starlight, and pink. The wall-mounted version will only come in two colors: deep space gray and silver.

Gurman stated that this product primarily uses voice interaction, with AI Siri at its core. Users can view the content displayed on the device from the other end of the room, and the product will run Apple's own App, but it does not support App Store. Users may be able to use iPhone to project third-party application widgets onto the device.
