IT News on September 28th: Google announced that the 2026 Android Dev Summit Developers Summit will be held at the end of October. For the first time, content related to “Android 18” was mentioned in the official schedule, and it was previewed that it would bring “powerful new graphics features.”

Although Android 18 has not been officially released yet, this is also Google's first public preview for the next generation of Android system.

This year, Android Dev Summit will be held at the Bay View campus in Mountain View, California, USA from October 28th to 29th local time. According to the official agenda, the Android team will introduce the latest features and updates of Android during the keynote speech.

Currently, Google has only revealed that Android 18 will introduce new graphical capabilities, but has not yet disclosed the specific technical details.
