2026-10-08 10:12:26
According to CoinMeta, OKX founder Xu Mingxing reviewed the multiple cycles he has experienced since entering the Bitcoin industry in 2011 and discussed European regulation, exchange operations, corporate governance, reserve certification, and listing plans. He stated that fintech companies should make money through technology and services, rather than by using customer funds. The OKX plan to push for a listing is aimed at subjecting itself to the regulations of listed companies and building trust through information disclosure. He also shared his understanding of the Hyperliquid matchmaking mechanism, as well as OKX's efforts to build Exchange OS on X Layer and explore the direction of regulated on-chain transactions. Regarding the market events on October 10th of last year, he elaborated on his views on USDE risk classification, circular collateral, and chain liquidations, and revealed that he is an early investor in Ethena.
