Ethereum researcher: 4 steps to protect your assets from the security risks of AI

CoinMeta Data: Ethereum researcher Justin Drake proposed four steps on Wednesday to help holders protect their assets from the security risks driven by AI. His main recommendation is to transfer funds to new addresses that have never sent any transactions before, a process that does not require new software or wallets. However, Drake warns that a security vulnerability could occur in the worst-case scenario within a few months and points out that rushing the migration could backfire. He suggests that users holding more than 50 bitcoins (BTC) should be aware of the risks and switch addresses after each transaction to maintain the confidentiality of their private keys. Drake also mentioned that approximately 6.04 million BTC are currently exposed with visible keys, and called on exchanges such as Binance and Robinhood to enhance the security of their offline wallets.
