Chain Link ( LINK ) price rises, but new wallet address growth is weak

According to data from the on-chain analysis firm Santiment, the price of ChainLink increased by about 24% from September 1st to October 6th, while the average daily number of new addresses only increased slightly from 1,225 on September 1st to 1,249, an increase of less than 2%. In contrast, new addresses of Solana increased by 33% during the same period. The closing price of LINK on September 1st was around $11.22, and as of October 6th, it had risen to around $13.96, a gain of 24.4%. Additionally, on September 28th, ChainLink launched CCIP 2.0, which is an important upgrade to its cross-chain infrastructure, providing more control over cross-chain transactions.
