CFTC Chairman: Only federally regulated crypto platforms can offer leveraged trading

According to CoinMeta, as reported by CNBC, Chairman Rostin Behnam of CFTC stated that under the proposed rules, only cryptocurrency trading platforms regulated by the federal government would be allowed to offer leveraged trading. Each state would be limited to this as well, and a leverage ratio of 100 times is not permitted in the United States.
