Bitcoin failed to break through its high from late September twice, rising to $87,000 before falling back

CoinMeta data: Bitcoin rose to nearly $87,000 last week, about $500 short of the peak of $87,400 set at the end of September, before encountering selling pressure and falling back. This was Bitcoin's second attempt within a week to break through the late-September high without success. U.S. inflation data that fell below expectations pushed Bitcoin up to around $85,500, while weaker U.S. employment data reduced the pressure for the Federal Reserve to continue raising interest rates.
