According to CoinMeta, the governance proposal for Cronos POS of Cronos has been approved, with a voting participation rate of 48.36%, of which 99.78% voted in favor. The proposal plans to use 100% of the income from Ult and Cronos Launch to purchase CRO on the public market, and to destroy these purchases on-chain on a monthly basis, with the relevant transaction hashes to be made public. At the same time, strategic reserves will be used to supplement future Cronos POS staking rewards. This proposal is considered a signaling governance proposal; it does not contain any executable instructions and will not directly modify on-chain parameters. Currently, product income is already traceable, and the buyback and destruction contracts, as well as the related automated execution mechanisms, are still under development.
