CoinMeta data: According to Coindesk data, the number of job postings in the crypto industry increased to 1,241 in September, more than tripling from 382 in July, and the number of companies hiring also rose to 125, higher than 886 in August. Contrary to the increase in job listings, the number of applications decreased from 25,700 in July to less than 20,000 in September. Over the past three months, hiring demand has mainly focused on finance, engineering, and trading positions. Stablecoins, AI, security, and compliance also ranked among the top blockchain skill requirements, with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana being mentioned most frequently.
