CoinMeta data: In September, a total of 5,419.45 BTC were transferred from long-term dormant addresses, worth approximately $457 million, involving 94 transactions. This amount is lower than the 6,427.59 BTC transferred in August. It is higher than the 1,556.53 BTC transferred from wallets created in 2016 and the 888.91 BTC transferred from wallets created in 2013. Additionally, there were 57 transfers involving bitcoins that had been dormant for 12 to 16 years. On September 6th, the highest single-day transfer volume was recorded, with 1,620.39 BTC being transferred.
