This approach enables the inspection of thousands of lease agreements to ensure compliance with the ever-changing state landlord-tenant laws. The pattern allows business users to raise compliance issues through a chat interface, while the actual pass/fail decisions are handled by a deterministic rule engine. This approach is also applicable to other high-risk compliance areas, such as sanctions screening and insurance claim adjudication. With the help of the AWS reference architecture, users can achieve end-to-end compliance reviews, ensuring that every lease agreement is examined and a completeness receipt is generated.
