bitFlyer will launch anti-fraud measures " cooldown " on October 15th

According to CoinMeta, Wu said that Japan's largest cryptocurrency exchange bitFlyer announced that it would implement anti-fraud measures called “cooldown” on October 15th. Individual users who have not completed identity verification for 90 days will enter a 48-hour cooling-off period after each deposit in Japanese yen. During this period, some cryptocurrency assets cannot be transferred to external addresses. The restricted amount is the total amount of yen deposited within the past 48 hours minus 100,000 yen (about 634 US dollars). If the cumulative deposit within 48 hours does not exceed 100,000 yen, then there is no restriction. Each deposit is calculated separately for the 48-hour period. Deposits made through quick and deposit are not subject to this rule, as they already have a 7-day restriction on the transfer of cryptocurrency assets. This new measure does not affect the deposit and withdrawal of yen, the buying and selling of cryptocurrency assets, holding, or receiving of such assets.
