2026-10-01 23:35:14
According to CoinMeta, Uniopen is a digital communication and membership platform launched by the Taiwan United Enterprise Group, aimed at connecting customers with e-commerce, member benefits, and other retail experiences through online, tablet, and mobile channels. Uniopen implements a moderation policy on these channels, categorizing each interaction into nine behavioral categories as well as themes that are permitted, others, or prohibited. By conducting supervised fine-tuning within Amazon SageMaker AI, the team demonstrated how to adapt Amazon Nova and Lite to these specific moderation policies. After the fine-tuning, the macro-behavior score F1 increased from 0.5852 to 0.8364, and the macro-theme type score F1 increased from 0.4162 to 0.8302, both exceeding the production targets.
