According to CoinMeta, as reported by Fortune, Korn Ferry's 2026 workforce report indicates that 61% of employees are currently holding multiple roles, and 62% of respondents stated that their workload has increased significantly over the past two years. The survey also found that nearly half (45%) of employees feel too busy with work to deliver meaningful results. As companies continue to cut down on management positions, 42% of organizations have reduced management roles within the past year, and 55% of managers feel overwhelmed.
