CoinMeta US stock news: Openworld has successfully listed on NASDAQ through its merger with VerifyMe, with the trading code being OPNW. The transaction was completed on September 30th, and Openworld became a subsidiary of VerifyMe. Although the proposal to issue ordinary shares on a dedicated blockchain was not approved in the shareholder vote, Openworld still gained control of the existing listed company and integrated its real asset tokenization, stablecoin infrastructure, and capital market operations into the listed entity. The shareholder vote for this merger took place on September 24th, and ultimately approved the share issuance required for the merger. Openworld's financial statements show that, despite a decline in revenue, its business has surpassed the initial tokenization phase and is moving towards a sustainable revenue model.
