According to CoinMeta, as reported by DeItaone, AWS will increase the reserved GPU pricing by 15% on October 7th, following a 20% rise in July. This marks the fourth consecutive quarter of price increases, with H100 / H200 and B200 / B300 having seen a price increase of 40% to 75% since the beginning of the year. Wells Fargo believes that this pricing capability will support accelerated growth in AWS revenue at the beginning of 2027 and maintains an overweight rating for Amazon ($AMZN), with a target price of $338.
