According to CoinMeta, Bitmart has issued a announcement proposing a preliminary plan to address operational difficulties and balance sheet gaps. The plan involves converting user account balances into US dollar amounts, which will be verified by personnel appointed by the court. Users have three options for exiting the scheme: front-end distribution, token compensation, or continuation of holding the tokens. Bitmart will solicit opinions from the top 50 users within the next three to four weeks and will cooperate with court supervision in the implementation of the plan.
