Open Standard Launches Stablecoin OUSD Issued by Bridge under Stripe

According to CoinMeta, Open Standard has announced the launch of a stablecoin called OUSD. This stablecoin is issued by Bridge, which is a subsidiary of Stripe. Enterprises and developers can build financial services and products based on OUSD. The reserve assets of OUSD are held by BlackRock, Lead Bank, and Bank of New York Mellon, with proof of reserves being published monthly. Enterprises can access OUSD through Mastercard, Stripe, and Visa stablecoin platforms. Coinbase will support OUSD starting from October 1st, and all access methods support free minting and redemption at a 1:1 ratio. OUSD natively supports Base, Ethereum, Solana, and Tempo networks, and will also be launched on Coinbase, Kraken, and Uniswap.
