According to CoinMeta, OP Enterprise now supports on-chain operations for Soneium. The Optimism Foundation and OP Labs will provide deployment, upgrades, sorters, node infrastructure, daily monitoring, and incident response support in a fully managed mode, with a service level agreement setting a target of 99.9% uptime per month and 24/7 emergency response. Soneium retains ownership of its blockchain, control over the roadmap, and participation in engineering efforts. The team will continue to advance tokenized intellectual property and on-chain entertainment applications, including on-chain royalty distribution and intellectual property tools for AI. Soneium has previously been running on OP Stack; this collaboration only involves full management operations for OP Enterprise and does not include interoperability or cross-chain functionality.
