Grayscale: ZCASH ETF ZCSH Completes a 3:1 Stock Split
2026-09-30 21:46:13
CoinMeta US stock data: Grayscale announced that its ZCASH ETF ZCSH would complete a 3:1 stock split within 36 days. The product began trading on NYSE Arca on August 25th, and by September 30th, Grayscale had increased the number of outstanding shares to three times, reducing the net asset value per share to about one-third. This split did not lead to an increase in the ZCASH supply but rather adjusted the trading unit to accommodate the rapidly rising nominal stock price. After the split, shareholders received two additional shares for each share they held at the close on September 28th, and trading after the split adjustment began before the opening on September 30th.
