According to CoinMeta, PowerCompute announced that its subsidiary fully repaid and terminated the Bitcoin mortgage credit arrangement with Arch Lending on September 24th, settling about $22.45 million in debt and recovering approximately 39.6 BTC. There are now no Bitcoins held in mortgage. The company's secured debt has decreased from around $19.4 million at the end of June to about $1.25 million, a reduction of about 94%. In addition, PowerCompute plans to expand its mining facility in Mississippi and upgrade the mining machines in Oklahoma, with an expected increase in mining computing power by about 25% to 964 PH /s.
