According to CoinMeta, Coinbase announced on September 28 that it would launch a Pokémon digital card pack service supported by physical cards. Users will be able to open these packs on their mobile phones and choose to store the cards in a vault or have them delivered to their homes. Coinbase has not yet disclosed the service's launch date, card pack prices, drawing probabilities, storage and delivery fees, applicable regions, the entity that will manage the physical cards, or the rating criteria. It is also unclear whether secondary resale is supported or whether ownership can be recorded through blockchain.
