Kakaopay and Dinari Collaborate to Explore Introducing Korean Stocks to the US Market

According to CoinMeta, Kakaopay Securities has collaborated with Dinari to test whether Korean listed stocks can be tokenized and distributed to qualified investors, including those in the United States. The two companies plan to develop a framework to acquire Korean stocks for tokenization proof-of-concept purposes and have established a joint working group to study the operational, technical, and regulatory requirements for international distribution. Jeong In-young, the executive vice president of Kakaopay Securities, stated that the company hopes to establish a specific framework for the international distribution of Korean stocks. No specific list of stocks or international trading dates have been determined yet for this project.
