CoinMeta data: A Reuters survey shows that the spot crude oil market in the Middle East has strengthened due to supply disruptions, and Saudi Arabia is expected to raise the official selling price of crude oil for Asian customers in November ( OSP ). Four refinery sources expect that Saudi Arabia's flagship variety, Arab Light crude oil, will have a premium of up to $3 per barrel over the average prices of Oman and Dubai crude oil in November ( OSP ), which is about $5 higher than the level in October. The market expects an increase mainly due to increased supply risks in the Middle East. The escalation of tensions between the United States and Iran once pushed up the spot premiums for Dubai and Oman crude oil, reaching their highest levels since the end of September. Although the resumption of crude oil flows through the Strait of Hormuz has alleviated some supply concerns, the spot price differences are still significantly higher than in August.
