According to CoinMeta, AAVE V4 has been launched on Base, allowing eligible non-U.S. users to borrow USDC using 7 types of U.S. stock tokens issued by Coinbase (including Apple, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Tesla) as collateral. This market is provided with tokenized stock on-chain price data by Chainlink. The initial total collateral limit for the 7 stocks is approximately 29 million U.S. dollars, with a maximum supply limit of 32 million U.S. dollars and a borrowing limit of 21 million U.S. dollars. The collateral rates for different stocks range from 65% to 79%. Currently, these stocks can only be used as collateral. AAVE indicates that in the future, more Coinbase tokenized stocks and GHO may be added as borrowable assets after governance and risk assessment are approved.
