According to CoinMeta, Bullish, Alpaca and Apex Fintech have formed an alliance to promote the development of tokenized stocks supported by issuers by linking on-chain stocks with official shareholder records. This move is based on an innovative exemption granted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for tokenized stock transactions.
