He believes that what individuals and companies need are Digital Rights Acts, not restrictive laws. He stated that regulatory agencies are more suited than Congress to promote the realization of these rights. Saylor also discussed topics such as the classification of digital assets, the path from $3 trillion to $10 trillion, digital currency rights, the role of Bitcoin as digital capital, as well as leadership from the CFTC, SEC, the Treasury Department, and the White House in the next 24 months.
