Bitcoin continues to fall, with bond yields becoming the focus

CoinMeta data: Bitcoin ( BTC ) traded at $83,500 two hours before the opening of the U.S. market, with a 2.55% decline over the past 24 hours. Ethereum ( ETH ) and Solana ( SOL ) both fell by nearly 3%, while Ripple ( XRP ) declined by 7.5%. U.S. stock index futures indicate a second consecutive day of declines, with the Nasdaq index falling 0.9% and the S&P 500 index dropping 0.5%. The bond market remained stable on Thursday morning, after the yield on 10-year U.S. Treasury bonds soared by nearly 20 basis points to reach its highest level in 19 years. On Thursday, preliminary unemployment figures will be released, which are expected to continue to show the extremely strong U.S. employment market. In addition, new home sales data for August will be announced, as well as speeches by several Federal Reserve officials.
