He is accused of participating in organized crime, assisting in the embezzlement of users' funds, aiding in computer fraud, and money laundering. The police found relevant documents at his residence. The authorities also searched the fuel depot where Sylwester Suszek, the founder of Zondacrypto, was last seen before his disappearance in March 2022. The prosecution classified this case as unlawful deprivation of personal freedom, and another suspect is accused of removing hard drives from gas station surveillance cameras.
