Two suspects, Li and Lei, have been criminally detained. The suspects induced victims to purchase USDT and exchange it for newly issued virtual currencies. By manipulating the market to create an illusion of price increases, they then caused a market crash, resulting in victims losing approximately 30,000 yuan.
