San Francisco, November 2, 2026 / PRNewswire / — The following statement is issued regarding the allocation of funds for VW.

VW Allocation Fund

Allocation Plan Summary Announcement

This announcement has been approved by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC).

This is not a lawyer advertisement.

Who is eligible to participate in the distribution of funds?

If you purchased or otherwise acquired 144A bonds (collectively referred to as "securities") issued on November 20, 2014, and/or May 22, 2015, under the codes Volkswagen Group, of, America Finance, and LLC (referred to as "VWGoAF") during the period from November 20, 2014, to September 18, 2015 (the "relevant period"), and you have suffered losses due to the alleged improper conduct mentioned in the complaint, you may be eligible to receive payments from the VW allocation fund.

The defendant paid a total of $48,750,000 to the allocated fund.

The management of this allocation fund is governed by an allocation plan established by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and approved by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on September 3, 2026. A copy of the allocation plan can be found at www.VWDistributionFund.com, which outlines the eligibility criteria and other conditions for participation.

Calculation of allocated payments

The recognized losses for each eligible applicant will be determined according to the calculation method outlined in the allocation plan (i.e., Attachment A of the allocation plan). If the net funds available for distribution are less than the total recognized losses of all eligible applicants, then each eligible applicant's allocation amount will equal their “proportionate share” of the net funds available for distribution. If there are sufficient funds, eligible applicants may receive their recognized losses amount, minus any compensation they have already received, plus reasonable interest. If an eligible applicant's allocation amount is below the minimum allocation amount of $250.00, such applicant will be deemed ineligible to receive a distribution payment.

How to File a Claim

If you consider yourself a qualified applicant and wish to participate, please submit your application form through the online portal of www.VWDistributionFund.com, or mail a completed application form, ensuring that the postmark date is not later than the deadline for submitting claims. When submitting the application form, you must also attach appropriate supporting documents to prove your trading and holding activities in the relevant securities in accordance with the provisions of the allocation plan.
