New York, October 30th ( PRNewswire ) – Settle, a leading provider of inventory financing for consumer goods and e-commerce brands, announced today that it has reached an forward-flow agreement with the structured credit platform 3Jane. This financing arrangement provides an initial limit of $50 million, which can be extended to $100 million. 3Jane has already purchased $18 million from Settle's existing loans and will continue to purchase eligible new loans in the future.

Settle indicates that the company has provided over $4 billion in financing to thousands of consumer goods and e-commerce brands. The loans are used to fund inventory purchases and supplier invoices: Settle makes payments to suppliers in advance, while the brand owners repay the funds by extending payment terms or making installment payments. As the loans are sold, forward flow will free up capital for new loans, thereby expanding Settle's lending capacity.

Settle Founder and CEO Alek Koenig stated: "Our customers need to pay for the inventory first before they can make sales. The forward and flow of 3Jane allow us to provide financing for this funding gap on a large scale with higher capital efficiency."

3Jane provides funds to fintech lending institutions through circular, layered channels driven by blockchain technology. This model is designed to achieve economic effects similar to private, unrated securitization without requiring each initiating institution to establish expensive independent projects.

3Jane CEO Jacob Chudnovsky stated: “3Jane has established a lending business that serves thousands of consumer brands. 3Jane uses stablecoins for liquidity to finance these loans, and its structure is designed to reduce the financing costs for Settle.”

Strive CEO: The Binance hack incident has not changed the long-term logic of Bitcoin, but it is still too early to determine whether the market has hit bottom
Strive CEO Matt Cole stated that despite Binance suffering a hacker attack worth approximately $6.3 billion, this has not changed his long-term investment judgment on Bitcoin. He described the incident as more of a "bank robbery" of the exchange's system rather than a failure of the Bitcoin network itself. However, it is still too early to determine whether the market has bottomed out.
