New York, October 30, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Neuberger High-Yield Strategy Fund Company ( Neuberger High Yield Strategies Fund Inc , NYSE American : NHS , hereinafter referred to as “the Fund”) announced a distribution of $0.0905 per share of common stock.
The allocation announced today will be paid on November 30, 2026, with the registration date being November 16, 2026, and the ex-dividend date also being November 16, 2026.
According to its fixed allocation policy, the fund is expected to distribute $0.0905 per common share on a monthly basis, provided that market conditions permit, unless further action is taken to decide on a different amount. Whether the fund will be able to maintain the current distribution level will depend on various factors, including the amount and stability of income generated from its investments, leverage costs, as well as other expenses and operating costs of the fund. The fund does not guarantee that it will always be able to pay a specific amount in distributions, nor does it guarantee that distributions will consist solely of net investment income.
As the fund is committed to maintaining a stable distribution amount, today's announcement of distributions, as well as future distributions, may consist of net investment income, realized net capital gains, and capital returns. In accordance with Section 19 of the revised 1940 Investment Company Act, if any distribution is not composed solely of net investment income, the fund will provide relevant notifications. Such notifications are for informational purposes only and are not intended for tax filing; they will disclose the portion of the distribution that is estimated to be composed of net investment income, capital gains, and capital returns (if any). The final determination of the source and tax attributes of all distributions made in 2026 will be made after the end of the year.
