ADT estimates that migrating its billing, tax, and order management applications to Oracle AI Database @ Google Cloud could save over $3 million within four years and improve application performance by 25%. This migration will also bring the data from these applications closer to ADT's Google BigQuery data warehouse, making it more convenient for use in the planned AI projects, including Gemini Enterprise. Keeping the data alongside the Google Cloud services that utilize it will also help simplify data management, speed up analysis, and reduce the need to move or copy sensitive information. ADT also uses Oracle Database Zero Data Loss Autonomous Recovery Service to help protect critical data and employs Oracle Maximum Availability Architecture to enhance the availability and disaster recovery capabilities of the databases deployed in the three current Google Cloud regions.

Improve employee experience with AI

ADT More than 5,000 new employees join the company each year. The company aims to provide a more consistent experience for its employees, give managers more time to work with their teams, and reduce the integration efforts between systems. To achieve these goals, ADT has chosen Oracle Cloud HCM, which is part of Oracle Fusion Applications, to integrate HR processes and data onto a single platform, while leveraging the latest AI capabilities.

Leveraging the capabilities of AI within Oracle Cloud HCM, ADT is now able to automatically respond to 90% of basic HR inquiries. For managers, the AI auxiliary tools in Oracle Cloud HCM can save each direct subordinate two to three hours during the performance evaluation cycle.
