Florida's largest independent brokerage firm Keyes Family of Companies joins HouseCanary's Google Listings Program

Over 4,000 agents from the company's inventory of properties for sale can now be directly displayed in the Google mobile search.

San Francisco, October 27, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- HouseCanary, which provides top-notch property intelligence and valuation platforms for financial institutions and real estate professionals, announced today that The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties have joined Google Listings Program. Under the agreement, the properties for sale of this largest independent real estate brokerage company in Florida will now be available for mobile search on the already launched market of Google.

When consumers search for properties on the already launched market through the Google mobile app, property listings from Keyes and Illustrated will appear in a carousel at the top of the search results. Each property listing will display basic property details and the name of the brokerage firm that listed it. Consumers can also click to enter the detail page to view more property information, the name of the listing broker, as well as a one-click contact button.

HouseCanary CEO Chris Rediger stated: "Leading brokerage firms like Keyes are joining Google Listings Program because their sellers want their homes to appear where buyers search. We are building a network to achieve this goal in each market one by one."

The CEOs of The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties, Mike Pappas, stated: "Sellers' properties should be where buyers look for homes, yet nowadays many buyers start their search on Google. By enhancing our property distribution methods, we can bring each property we promote in front of more buyers, and it also provides our agents with another way to win the favor of sellers. We serve our agents and will continue to provide them with every advantage possible."

Google Listings Program was launched at the beginning of 2026 and will be extended to all eligible US markets this fall. The project is supported by HouseCanary, which has signed agreements with local MLS to channel the listings of their brokerage members to Google.

HouseCanary also directly connects with brokerage companies such as Keyes, and incorporates their properties into this program through MLS which participates in the project. The properties within the coverage area of Keyes's brokerage services are provided by My State MLS, which offers services nationwide to its brokerage members. According to the agreement, brokers from Keyes will also receive free access to the HouseCanary agentic AI platform, which features CMA, advertising management, and intelligent property management functions, among others.

In addition to My State MLS, the participants in Google Listings Program who are MLS also include ARMLS, Bright MLS, California Regional MLS, IRES MLS, Permian Basin Board, of, Realtors, REcolorado, and San Diego MLS.

Real estate agencies that wish to have their properties listed in this project can join MLS, or encourage their local MLS to participate as well. For more information about the project and how to get involved, please visit housecanary.com / google or send an email to [ email protected ].
