Las Vegas, October 23rd / PRNewswire / -- Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) is an artificial intelligence (AI) data center company. The company today reiterated its preliminary consolidated financial guidance for December 31, 2027: revenue of $300 million to $350 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $60 million to $80 million.

This outlook reflects management's current expectations for the three main operating platforms: data centers, AI infrastructure and robotics; lending, financial services, and digital assets; as well as portfolio companies operated through the company's hybrid private equity platform. The latter two businesses are held by Ault Capital Group, Inc (referred to as ACG), with ACG being a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

The company expects that its first phase of AI computing capacity, located in its park in Michigan, will be powered on in December 2026, and it is anticipated that revenue will begin to be generated after this milestone is reached. The company stated that this initial deployment is an important step in its transformation towards a larger scale of AI infrastructure business, and with the advancement of capacity construction and customer deployments, further growth is expected to follow.

Hyperscale Data CEO William B. Horne stated: "As we prepare to begin generating revenue with our AI operations in the Michigan campus, we are seeing encouraging progress across all our businesses. Our operational forecasts support our revised guidance for 2027. We will continue to focus on delivering the contracted capacity, securing the resources needed for development, and completing the milestones that underpin our outlook."

The company previously announced that its preliminary consolidated revenue for the third quarter as of September 30, 2026, was approximately $40 million, representing a growth of about 64% compared to $24.3 million in the third quarter of 2025. The growth mainly came from the crane business, defense, lending and trading, as well as other revenues, which included software that supports blockchain network operations. The defense revenues reflected Gresham Worldwide and Inc, which were incorporated into the financial statements after re-consolidation. The aforementioned growth was offset by a decline in bitcoin mining revenues.

The preliminary revenue data for the third quarter has not yet been audited or reviewed by the company's independent auditors and still requires completion of the financial closing procedures and review at the end of the quarter. The actual results may differ significantly from this estimate, and this estimate does not constitute a complete assessment of the company's financial results for the third quarter.

"We believe that the company's current market valuation does not reflect the progress made in various businesses, nor does it reflect the value of the platform we have built," said Milton, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data. "In addition to the Michigan AI data center, we also see significant opportunities in tokenization and broader blockchain and digital asset activities. We are confident that as we implement our operational plan, the growth of these activities will contribute meaningfully to revenue and improve the profitability structure," added Ault III.

The company stated that this preliminary guidance reflects management's current expectations for future business performance, including anticipated customer deployments, financing activities, digital asset plans, and the performance of the portfolio business. Actual results may vary significantly.

After adjustment, EBITDA is a non-GAAP financial indicator. The company stated that it is not possible to quantitatively adjust the estimated adjusted EBITDA to GAAP net profit or loss without making unreasonable efforts, as several necessary components cannot be reasonably estimated at present. These items include future interest expenses, income tax, depreciation and amortization, equity incentives, impairment charges, acquisition-related expenses, and changes in the fair value of financial instruments. The company expects that these items will have a significant impact on future GAAP results.

Hyperscale Data Currently, it is anticipated that the divestiture of ACG will occur in 2027.
