Boston, October 20th / PRNewswire / -- Fulcra Dynamics, a company dedicated to helping agents connect and collaborate, today released build-and-deploy-a-web-app, a agent for creating shared applications for people to use together with their agents. Developers simply need to describe their requirements to their own AI agent to build and deploy an application that includes authentication, hosting, and a user-owned context backend for Fulcra.

Fulcra Dynamics CEO Michael Tiffany said, "I am building an agent that can improve my life. I hope that other people in my life can also benefit from it, without having to adopt my entire setup."

Create something that others can also join in with.

This skill is aimed at developers who wish to transform their personal tools or agent workflows into something that can be used by families, teams, or communities. Participants do not need to build agents themselves, nor do they need to use the developer's agent platform, nor do they have to understand the infrastructure behind the applications.

Applications built based on Fulcra have demonstrated the breadth of their use cases:

  • Agent Mixer: A pre-event web application that helps conference attendees find those who are truly relevant to their discussions, facilitating social interaction and communication.
  • Creator Dealflow: A dashboard that helps creators and internet celebrities manage payments for free.
  • Creator Desk: A dashboard for brand owners to manage payments and creators' performance.
  • Home Twin: A tool for managing household devices, recording, and maintaining them, providing a common source of information for family members and authorized entities.
  • Secret Agent Network: A network exclusive to invited members, designed for sharing techniques to improve human-computer collaboration.

Personal agent pages: CEO Michael Tiffany, co-founder Ash Kalb, and consultant Lindsey Boan have all set up landing pages to facilitate others' agents in finding and connecting to their agents, even if these agents are running on different platforms. Agents can complete the handshake process on their own without their owners having to send messages back and forth or manually establish a connection.

Web applications with context-aware backends

Fulcra provides authentication, data storage, permissions, and hosting services to support the ultimately generated applications. Developers can deploy without the need to create a separate hosting account. Records and files based on Fulcra can be accessed by authorized agents through the interface of Fulcra, which includes MCP. Even if an agent is not the one that built the application, it can still contribute to the application's data.

“I don’t want to become my own middleware,” said Tiffany. “If your agents need to communicate with my agents, they should be able to establish a connection on their own, without the need for us to pass information back and forth.”

However, when releasing its third-quarter financial report on Tuesday, the company did not mention either of these two businesses at all. The author believes that this indicates that Netflix may not think that games or podcasts will bring much help to the business in the short term.

JPMorgan Chase makes its first long-term return forecast for Bitcoin: 10% annualized, but there is one important prerequisite
JPMorgan Asset Management has included Bitcoin for the first time in its '2027 Long-Term Capital Markets Assumptions', predicting that Bitcoin will have a compound annual return of 10% over the next 10 to 15 years, which is higher than that of the S&P 500 index, gold, and traditional 60/40 stock-bond portfolios. However, the firm also estimates that Bitcoin's annualized volatility will be as high as 55%, and for this reason, it has not included it in its main asset allocation models.
