Hyperscale Data expects its consolidated revenue in the third quarter of 2026 to be approximately $40 million, a growth of about 64% compared to $24.3 million in the same period of 2025. The company stated that the growth mainly comes from increased contributions from its crane business, defense, lending and trading, as well as blockchain infrastructure software, however, the decline in Bitcoin mining revenue partially offset this increase.

Las Vegas, October 15th / PRNewswire / —— Hyperscale Data, Inc. ( NYSE American : GPUS ) Today, the company announced that its consolidated revenue for the third quarter, ending September 30, 2026, is expected to be approximately $40 million, which represents a growth of about 64% compared to $24.3 million in the third quarter of 2025. The company is an artificial intelligence ( AI ) data center firm. The company stated that these figures have not yet been audited and have not been reviewed by its independent auditors.

Revenue growth reflects an enhanced contribution from multiple business segments within the company's portfolio. Preliminary highlights of the third quarter include:

  • Crane business: Revenue amounted to approximately $12.2 million, an increase of about 26% compared to $9.7 million in the same period last year;
  • Defense business: Revenue was approximately $12.4 million, compared to $1.7 million in the same period last year, reflecting Gresham Worldwide, Inc. After reintegration, it has been included in the financial statements;

  • Other income: Revenue amounted to approximately $1.4 million, a growth of about 57% compared to $900,000 in the same period last year, including contributions from software that supports blockchain network operations.

The aforementioned increase was offset by lower Bitcoin mining revenues this quarter.

Hyperscale Data Chief Executive Officer William B. Horne stated: "We are encouraged by the contributions across our portfolio, including the continued growth of our crane business, as well as the stronger performance in lending and software-related activities. As we advance with the opportunities at our AI data center in Michigan, we will continue to focus on disciplined execution and uncover the value of each business unit."

Hyperscale Data Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III said: “I am very pleased to see that all of our business segments are growing. It is inspiring to see our plans gradually coming to fruition, and I look forward to continuing to support the management teams of each segment as they continue to move forward along their respective trajectories of growth.”

The company stated that this preliminary revenue estimate reflects the current judgment of management and that the financial closing procedures at the end of the quarter still need to be completed and reviewed. The actual results may differ significantly from this estimate. This announcement does not provide a comprehensive assessment of the company's financial results for the third quarter.
