News from the IT family on October 9th: According to a report by The Information this week, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's eldest daughter, Madison Huang (Huang Minshan), recently married a 35-year-old individual named Caprez who is involved in token issuance. Caprez was swiftly promoted to Vice President of Global Infrastructure Growth at NVIDIA in January of this year.

Caprez is responsible for data center operations and the “Neocloud” service, and participates in promoting a AI computing financing platform with a target value of over 500 billion US dollars (Note from IT: the current exchange rate is approximately 3.36 trillion yuan).

According to reports, as a former member of the Swiss national alpine skiing team, Caprez met Huang Minshan while pursuing a MBA master's degree at London Business School after retiring. He joined NVIDIA less than two years ago and was directly promoted to vice president in January of this year, skipping the senior director level altogether. Peers in the industry praise him for his ability to grasp the essence of complex issues and for using just the right amount of humor to defuse tense negotiations.

Caprez has always maintained a low-profile, rarely giving media interviews or participating in external activities. However, recently he has increased his frequency of public appearances and posted on LinkedIn to emphasize that AI has become an indispensable infrastructure.

Before joining NVIDIA, Caprez worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Zurich and also served as an investment analyst at PSquared an asset management company in Zurich.

Caprez currently serves as the Vice President of Global AI Infrastructure Growth at NVIDIA, leading global strategy and execution, and driving the expansion of artificial intelligence infrastructure among global cloud service providers, enterprises, and strategic partners. He is responsible for promoting ecosystem expansion, facilitating large-scale AI platform deployments, and advancing partnerships to accelerate the adoption of accelerated computing worldwide. Since joining NVIDIA, he has held leadership roles in corporate development, supporting strategic investments, platform growth, and the construction of a global ecosystem.

Caprez holds a degree from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich.

As previously reported by IT, Jensen Huang's eldest daughter, Huang Minshan, currently holds the position of Senior Director of Robot Product Marketing at NVIDIA Omniverse. On August 18th, she visited LG Electronics in South Korea, and on August 19th, she appeared at the 2026 World Robot Conference in Beijing.
