Tampa, Florida, October 7th / PRNewswire / -- Command Control Communications Engineering & Logistics, LLC ( C3EL ) indicate that the company has secured a series of strategic main contracting agreements at the end of the government's fiscal year 2026, expanding its business in areas such as cybersecurity, secure communications, enterprise IT, and mission system integration.
The company stated that earlier in the fiscal year 2026, C3EL secured a new main contract for cybersecurity services with the U.S. Air Force. Subsequently, in September, it obtained three additional main contracts from the U.S. Coast Guard, the Federal Communications Commission, and the Department of the Interior. The company further consolidated its position in the federal market through two NASA SEWP VI awards as well as one award from the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Additionally, after successfully completing the C3PAO assessment, it obtained the full CMMC Level 2 certification.
According to C3EL, the company began in March to serve as the primary contractor for the cybersecurity support services required by the 55th Strategic Communications Squadron of the U.S. Air Force for the "Defense Red Switch Network" (DRSN), carrying out its work at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska (contract number FA460026P0017). C3EL provides subject experts in cybersecurity and information system security, supporting DRSN and other NC3 systems. Responsibilities include risk management framework activities, operational authorization maintenance, security documentation, configuration management reviews, as well as cybersecurity audits and inspections. This work supports secure communications for national-level command agencies, combat commands, military branches, other federal institutions, and U.S. allies, demonstrating C3EL's capability to protect and maintain critical national security systems.
In September, C3EL also obtained the support service for corporate video conferencing from the U.S. Coast Guard, known as BPA (contract number 70Z07926AUCPL0001), with the award granted to the Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Network, and Intelligence Service Center ( C5ISC ). This five-year contract, valued at approximately $8.39 million, covers the design, integration, installation, technical support, testing, training, and technical updates of audio/video and video conferencing systems at various Coast Guard locations. The scope of the contract also includes configuration and inventory management, maintenance and troubleshooting support, as well as engineering services in both classified and unclassified environments. This contract expands C3EL's role in maintaining the Coast Guard's distributed enterprise security collaboration system.
C3EL has also obtained a video conference room audio and video system ( AV ) from the Federal Communications Commission, as well as an upgrade to the main contract for video remote meetings ( VTC ) (contract number 273FCC26F0110), worth $2.29 million. This project will modernize the audio and video capabilities of FCC's headquarters located in Washington, D.C., including meeting rooms, dedicated collaboration spaces, committee meeting rooms, and mission-critical operation centers. The work scope includes design, equipment procurement, installation, integration, and the modernization of outdated infrastructure. This update will replace technologies that have reached the end of their lifespan and for which support has been discontinued, while preserving the available infrastructure and enhancing interoperability, reliability, manageability, and user experience.
The third major contract obtained by C3EL in September was for the Udall audio-visual modernization of the Facilities and Administrative Services Office ( OFAS ) of the U.S. Department of the Interior (contract number 140D0426A0020). This five-year BPA is estimated to be worth $1.4 million and provides turnkey audio-visual design, engineering, installation, modernization, and support for the Stuart Lee Udell Building in Washington, D.C. The requirements may include new deployments, technical upgrades, AV-over-IP and networking of AV architectures, programming, testing, documentation, training, as well as modern conference technologies. This award has established a new customer relationship for C3EL, while also supporting the ongoing modernization of the Udell Building and expanding its business portfolio in federal civilian mission system integration.
C3EL also continued in the fiscal year 2026 to win contracts in Classes A and C through NASA Solutions, for, Enterprise, and Wide Procurement VI (including SEWP VI), as well as a main contract within the Missile Defense Agency's Expandable Indigenous Innovation Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) Multi-Contract IDIQ, thereby expanding its federal procurement portfolio. The company stated that these channels collectively provide new pathways for it to offer technical, engineering, integration, cybersecurity, and mission support capabilities to defense and civilian agencies.
The company stated that the fiscal year 2026 also marks a milestone in network security maturity: C3EL successfully completed the C3PAO assessment and obtained the final CMMC Level 2 certification. The company noted that this achievement enhances its capability to protect controlled non-classified information as well as to support the cybersecurity and supply chain requirements of the U.S. Department of Defense. Together with the confidentiality infrastructure and quality management system of C3EL, this certification further solidifies the operational foundation that supports its growing cybersecurity, IT, and integrated services.
"The fiscal year 2026 demonstrated the depth and breadth that C3EL can provide to federal customers. Our work in air force cybersecurity, as well as the newly acquired main contracts with the Coast Guard, FCC, and the Department of Interior, has expanded our customer base and also proven our capabilities in cybersecurity, secure communications, and mission system integration. At the same time, SEWP VI and SHIELD have significantly expanded the range of contract opportunities available to our customers. As we enter the fiscal year 2027, our focus is on executing these projects excellently, continuing to invest in our staff and capacity building, and maintaining this momentum in key defense and civilian missions," stated Miguel Gorordo, Vice President of Growth at C3EL.
C3EL indicates that as the company enters the fiscal year 2027, it will have a broader portfolio of main contract projects, technical procurement channels within the government sector, and more opportunities to contribute to national defense modernization. The company will continue to invest in technology and operational capabilities, while providing federal governments with services in cybersecurity, enterprise IT, secure communications, and mission system integration.
