In this position, Godwin will be responsible for the company's rating functions and will report directly to the board of directors led by Egan-Jones. Egan-Jones stated that Godwin has over 25 years of experience in financial services, including more than 21 years of work at SEC, as well as 14 years of experience overseeing inspections by the nationally recognized statistical rating organization NRSROs.
