San Francisco, October 2nd / PRNewswire / -- GoodLeap, LLC announce the completion of the GoodLeap Home Improvement Solutions Trust 2026-2 securitization transaction. This transaction was sponsored by Bank of America ( Bank of America, N.A. BofA Securities, Inc acted as the sole structural agent. This is the sixth issuance supported solely by home improvement loans, with a underlying pool of loans totaling $434 million originated by GoodLeap. The securitization transaction received ratings from Kroll Bond Rating Agency and Fitch Ratings. The joint bookkeepers include Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, CIBC World Markets Corp., and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The company stated that the annual opportunity in the US sustainable home upgrade market is estimated to be $450 billion.
