AAVE rose by 8.27% to $185.62, breaking through the consolidation range of several months and entering the main resistance zone between $195 and $205.
On-chain data shows that the average coin age has increased, MVRV has rebounded, and the number of transactions by whales (those with balances over $100,000) has soared significantly, indicating a notable increase in activity.
The deposits of Aave V4 have exceeded $1 billion, and new large-scale purchases as well as tokenized stock lending have provided further momentum for this round of gains.
AAVE The price has made a positive breakthrough into a key range, and whale activity has added new momentum to the token's rapid rebound. AAVE It has risen to $185.62, continuing the upward trend since breaking through the consolidation range of several months ago, with the $200 mark now within reach. Santiment Data shows a surge in whale transactions exceeding $100,000, while the average coin age continues to rise, as well as the 30-day MVRV. As the AAVE price approaches the main resistance level, the next move may determine whether this rebound can extend to new highs.

AAVE On-chain data shows strong whale activity below $200
The AAVE data for Santiment shows three important on-chain indicators: the average coin age over 180 days, the MVRV in the last 30 days, and the number of transactions by whales (those with transactions worth over $100,000).
The second indicator is the 30-day MVRV, which rebounds as the price of AAVE accelerates its rise. MVRV is used to compare market value with realized value and can reflect the average unrealized profit and loss situation of holders. An increase in MVRV indicates that the floating profit above the overall holding cost of holders has expanded, and higher readings may also increase the motivation to take profits.
The most noticeable change is in the number of whale transactions. The indicator Santiment counts transactions worth over $100,000, and the latest part of the chart shows a clear increase in such large-value transfers. This surge indicates that as the price approaches $200, high-value AAVE activity has significantly increased. This indicator records the transaction activity itself and does not label each transfer as a buy or a sell.
Recent wallet activities have more clearly revealed the buying side. One whale address purchased 39,018 units of AAVE from Kraken, worth approximately 6.3 million US dollars; two other addresses converted about 4.26 million US dollars' worth of WBTC into 25,502 units of AAVE.
These factors, when combined, are quite significant: the average coin age has increased, MVRV has rebounded, whale transactions have accelerated, and individual wallet tracking has also confirmed new large-scale purchases of AAVE.
Aave V4 Promotes Expansion Beyond Traditional Crypto Lending
The fundamental activities of Aave are also expanding rapidly. Aave Labs reports that V4 had deposits of over $1 billion in September, with an active loan portfolio of $310 million. Additionally, the protocol has extended V4 to Arc and Base.
On Base, Aave's Equities Hub now allows qualified users outside of the United States to deposit up to 7 Coinbase tokenized U.S. tech stocks as collateral in order to borrow USDC. These stocks include Apple, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Tesla. Chainlink provides the on-chain pricing infrastructure.
This new market has already begun to attract funds. Recent reports indicate that stock-backed lending deposits have exceeded 9 million US dollars, while the broader deposits of Aave V4 have subsequently been reported to be around 1.2 billion US dollars, with active loans exceeding 400 million US dollars.

Aave is still considering launching a AAVE destruction mechanism based on Aavenomics 3.0. This idea is still under discussion, and the final number of items to be destroyed, the voting process, or the implementation date have not yet been announced.
AAVE Price Analysis: Can the bulls break through the $200 resistance?
The current direct resistance level is around $195 to $205, and the supply from earlier periods may lead to profit-taking. If there is a valid breakout above $200 on the daily chart, it will open the way up to $220, followed by the $250 to $260 range.
On the downside, $150 to $155 is the first important support area, followed by the breakout range of $133 to $140. Holding these areas will help to maintain a broader reversal structure.
Finally
The rise of AAVE is now supported by three factors: increased protocol activity, participation from large holders, and clear technical breakthroughs. This set of data for Santiment is particularly important as whale activity is accelerating, and the average age of token holdings continues to rise, with MVRV also on the climb.
The next phase of this rebound will largely depend on how AAVE responds to the $200 range. If it can break through, the current expansion will continue; if it continues to be hindered, it may trigger another round of profit-taking. For now, participation on the chain and the growth of the protocol are moving in the same direction as the price.
